Shipping & Return

Return :

All returned items must be:

• Returned within 4 Days after order arrived.
• In new condition.
• In their original packaging.
• Must include all packing material, manuals, and accessories.
• $45 Return shipping charges will be deducted.

We reserve the right to refuse any return if there are:

• Any signs of wear.
• Parts of the item are missing.

Shipments:
All of our orders are processed in 3 to 7 business days with priority mail, tracking required by USPS, Fedex, UPS.

International Shipments:
We also do international shipments, please contact us at info@jacquestineboutique.com for the payments and shipping informations. For international shipments, we will use DHL as our carrier.
